Alexander Acosta (former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District in Miami) wants us to believe that he made the decision on his own to resign today as the U.S. Secretary of Labor.
“I told him (President Donald Trump) that I thought the right thing was to step aside,” is what Acosta fixed his lips to tell everybody.
But unh-unh, that ain’t what happened. Alexander Acosta decided to take the door marked exit two days after one of his alleged partners in crime, Barry Krischer (former State of Florida Attorney for Palm Beach County), sent a letter to all of the major news networks and publications blaming Alexander Acosta and his buddy and former Kirkland and Ellis law colleague, Jay Lefkowitz, for the sweet deal that serial child rapists and child trafficker Jeffrey “Nasty Jeffrey” Epstein got.
In fact, Krischer said that it was Acosta who ultimately decided to give Nasty Jeffrey a sweet deal to avoid a lifetime in prison for his “nasty bastard” ways.
Here’s what Krischer said exactly, “…the U.S. Attorney’s Office produced a 53-page indictment that was abandoned after secret negotiations between Mr. Epstein’s lawyers and Mr. Acosta. The State Attorney’s Office was not a party to those meetings or negotiations, and definitely had to part in the federal Non-Prosecution Agreement and the unusual confidentiality arrangement that kept everything hidden from the victims.”
Mm-hmm, as y’all can see, this is a complete contrast to what Julie K. Brown wrote in that article of hers for the Miami Herald.
Julie K. Brown told everybody that Alexander Acosta, Jay Lefkowitz, and Barry Krischer all got up bright and early one morning to go down to the Marriot Hotel where they all decided that it would be best for all parties involve to not let all of Nasty Jeffrey’s nastiness get out in the public. Because if everything had gotten out about what Nasty Jeffrey had done, then everything about how all of the powerful men and probably some women who benefitted from Nasty Jeffrey’s nastiness would have also gotten. And that there folks would have made all of those “good, decent, honorable, Christian, God-fearing” men and probably some women lose all of their respectability. So Acosta, Lefkowitz, and Krischer had to bury all of that dirt.
Welp now, all of that dirt has come back up and it’s about to bury all of those that buried it. And in an attempt to not be buried by the dirt, Krischer is throwing as much dirt as he can back towards Acosta’s way. “If Mr. Acosta was truly concerned with the State’s case and felt he had to rescue the matter, he would have moved forward with the 53-page indictment that his own office drafted. Instead, Mr. Acosta brokered a secret plea deal that resulted in a Non-Prosecution Agreement in violation of the Crime Victim’s Rights Act. Mr. Acosta should not be allowed to rewrite history,” is what Krischer said, mm-hmm.
Unfortunately for Krischer, he has the same problem that Acosta has; which is they both are dirty. The Palm Beach County Police would not have had to refer the case to the FBI, which Krischer admitted that the police did, if Krischer and his crew handled the case appropriately.
And just to add more shit onto this already double decker shit cake, Brown said that Krischer is the one who told a federal prosecutor that he was happier than a dog with a meaty bone after he, Acosta, and Lefkowitz met bright and early that morning at the Marriot Hotel in order to broker that sweet deal for Nasty Jeffrey. “Glad we could get this worked out for reasons I won’t put in writing,” is what Brown said Krischer put in writing to a federal prosecutor.
And y’all know, it’s just a matter of a couple of days before that federal prosecutor, who Brown said got that little note from Krischer there, is going to tweet out the note.
I can see it right now. The tweet will go something like, “Here’s the note that #BarryKrischer (former State Attorney for Palm Beach County) wrote to me about the secret deal that he, #Acosta, and #Lefkowitz brokered for #JeffreyEpstein. #TruthAlwayComesOut."
